Gympie region results
We know the difference between a Southside family, a Mary Valley landholder and a Rainbow Beach holiday-home owner, and we write ads for each.
Who's advertising to Gympie locals right now?
In September 2026 we went through Meta's public Ad Library, trade by trade, to see which businesses were paying to reach people in the Gympie region on Facebook and Instagram.
| Industry | Who was advertising to Gympie locals | Local independents advertising? |
|---|---|---|
| Solar | A national solar franchise | None found |
| Roofing | Several regional roofing companies, some launching new ads that month | None found |
| Plumbing and gas | Regional plumbing and gas companies | None found |
| Air conditioning | Several operators, mostly from outside Gympie | One |
| Gyms | Gym and fitness franchises and chains | None found |
| Hair and beauty | One salon and day spa | One |
| Builders | A build advisory service, reaching people before they choose a builder | None found |
| Pools | A Sunshine Coast pool builder | None found |
| Kitchens, landscaping, fencing, tree services | None found in this search | None found |
Franchises appeared in our sample
Our September search found franchise and regional advertisers in several trades. This sample does not measure who sees their ads or their share of local attention.
Gaps worth investigating
We did not find kitchen, landscaping, fencing or tree-service advertisers in this search. Other advertisers may have been missed. Check your specific service and area before deciding what to test.
It won't stay that way
New advertisers were still appearing that month. The cheapest time to build a presence is before your competitors do.

Many Gympie business websites are costing their owners work
A lot of Gympie trade websites are near-identical templates rented from directory companies. While reviewing them we found placeholder photo credits, a template email address still on the contact page, a typo on the main button, a Google description for a Gympie business that talked about a different region, a lapsed domain and a security certificate error.
None of these are hard to fix. But every one of them sends a customer back to Google, often straight to a competitor.

Gympie business owners ask
Are Facebook ads worth it in a town the size of Gympie?
Often more than in a big city. The audience is smaller, but so is the competition, and in many trades there are gaps in our September advertiser search. A modest budget can put you in front of a big share of the region's homeowners every week.
Do you work with businesses in Tin Can Bay, Rainbow Beach and the Mary Valley?
Yes. We work across the whole Gympie region. Smaller towns often need slightly different targeting and messaging, especially where there's a mix of permanent residents and holiday-home owners.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. We're based in the Gympie region and happy to meet at your business, on site or over a coffee in town.
What does it cost?
Most Gympie businesses invest $3,500 to $4,500 plus GST for a fixed-price Growth Pack, plus ad spend paid directly to Meta, usually $20 to $50 a day. The free audit tells you what you actually need.
Why only one business per trade per town?
Because we can't give two competing Gympie roofers our best strategy at the same time. Once we take on a business in a trade and town, that spot is theirs.
Do you help with Google as well as Facebook?
Yes. Every Growth Pack includes a Google Business Profile tune-up and a review request system, because many locals check your Google reviews before they call, even when they found you on Facebook.
